Very unsatisfied. Entered a raffle which I understand the rules to raffles no cancels no refunds, however never notified if I won or lost checked my online account and showed no purchases. Because I was limited on time due to work I ordered off another site. Three hours after the product was released I was notified I won. Itried to cancel the order especially since the item went to general sales and no raffle needed and was unable to.
